Passing of Founding Member

St Leonard Volunteer Fire and Rescue regrets to announce the passing of William “Bill” Clayton Schooley.

Bill was a Founding Member of SLVFD and joined the department in 1984. Bill served on the Board of Directors for many years. Bill also served operationally as Boat Captain for several years. Bill leaves his legacy at St Leonard VFD with his son Safety Officer Jimmy Schooley and his grandson Sgt Will Schooley.

The family respectfully wishes to have a private service.

Donations can be made in Memory of Bill Schooley.

To the Schooley family - Bill was a wonderful person. I had the pleasure of working with him for a few months when he became the Fire Chief at Pax River. One of the best . May he rest in eternal peace.
